2. You do not need a website - however, you do need a valid email address.
3. In case you have a site, you have to put up a code (text or graphic link) on your site, there is no "grace period" of any kind - if your code is not up by the time I go to check, I will list everything but your URL.
4. Fill out the join form completely and correctly.
